Quality is not a department at Redone Impex, it is the way each lot moves from a Gujarat field or plant to your warehouse. Here is what happens along the way.
Four controls on every order.

Raw material inspection
Incoming seed, kernels, husk and minerals are checked for appearance, foreign matter and moisture before they are accepted from the supplier.

Batch sampling
Representative samples are drawn from every production batch and retained, so any lot can be traced and re-tested after dispatch.

Contamination prevention
Clean, dedicated packing, sealed containers and segregated storage keep food-grade, cosmetic and industrial products apart.

Stability testing
Where relevant, products are checked for stability in storage and transit so the material you receive matches the material we tested.
Lab parameters
What we measure.
The exact test panel depends on the product and your specification. These are the parameters we most often check and report.

| Acid value Castor oil, groundnut oil | Indicates free fatty acids and freshness of the oil. |
| Colour and appearance Oils, pigments, powders | Gardner colour, shade and visual uniformity against standard. |
| Odour Oils, psyllium, detergents | Flags oxidation, contamination or off-notes. |
| Purity Psyllium husk, chemicals | Husk purity from 80 to 99%, assay for chemicals. |
| pH Pigments, chemicals, detergents | Confirms compatibility with your formulation. |
| Moisture All products | Controls shelf life, flow and weight accuracy. |
| Density and viscosity Oils, liquid chemicals | Confirms grade identity and processing behaviour. |
| Impurities All products | Foreign matter, ash, heavy metals or aflatoxin where applicable. |
Quality partners
Independent eyes on every lot.
We work with accredited testing laboratories in Gujarat and a formulation and development (F&D) partner for product evaluation. Third party inspection by your nominated agency, such as SGS or Bureau Veritas, can be arranged before loading.
